I'm sorry to bother you but I wanted to ask you/your followers a question. I've been trying to loose weight and in two weeks i lost four pounds..but Ive been eating a fruit pot for breakfast and a fruit pot for lunch..I have a proper dinner but I don't know if this is too little? I go to the gym about three times a week. I just need to know if this is healthy or not?

sorry, i don’t know what a fruit pot is haha? anyone else know? it sounds okay but if it was me, i would have a bigger breakfast and a smaller dinner.. breakfast gets your metabolism running and if you choose to only have one meal it should be breakfast :)
